So perhaps it is a day late, but I wanted to do a winter holiday-themed special for the vaseshipping paper doll set. I didn’t want to do the generic Santa-suit set as the idea is often overdone, so here’s something more unique: a “Yule Holly King” Atem and “Snow Queen” Mana.

Yes, I will be sharing this costume set on the merejet website sometime later on when I’m not busy. (EDIT) set now available in the freebie section. :)

This is something I had drawn awhile back depicting what I felt like Atem’s last moments with Mana likely looked like. The background reflects them at a happier time when they were children in contrast to the bleak reality of the present.

I 100% support this couple as a canon couple, and believe that when they were reunited in the afterlife, their relationship which never was able to be explored before his death likely blossomed from there.

When I think of summer, I think of the beach. So I did a bit of a beach scene.

Oh lookee, they found a starfish! :D Fun fact, it’s believed that the interpretation of stars in ancient Egyptian art is based on the starfish.
